Sadie makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever. She’s warm, full of energy, and just a joy to be around. But what makes her truly special is how real she is - she doesn’t just share the good moments, she brings you along for the tough ones too, always showing up with honesty and a smile.

Right now, she’s deep into training for her first Ironman 70.3, juggling long training days with everything else life throws her way. And in true Sadie fashion, she’s tackling it with a smile! Finding joy in the hard parts, celebrating the small wins, and making the whole journey feel less overwhelming for everyone cheering her on. Watching her go after this goal, you can’t help but feel inspired to push a little harder yourself.
